1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by PalmLeaf Studios LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

PalmLeaf Studios provides social media marketing, content strategy, community management, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope of services for each client is defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to necessary accounts and assets, and prompt communication regarding feedback and approvals. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategies, content, and materials created by PalmLeaf Studios on behalf of a client become the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of PalmLeaf Studios.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

PalmLeaf Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question during the preceding twelve months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
